Kaitlyn Gauck, Partner
Attorney Kaitlyn Gauck is an experienced and compassionate domestic relations attorney whose litigation practice spans all areas of family law. She assists clients and their families with matters involving divorce, child custody and support arrangements, alimony, prenuptial agreements, child removal proceedings, and post-judgment modifications. Additionally, she provides a unique appreciation and vision when it comes to handling 209A Restraining Orders and 258E Harassment Orders.
Attorney Gauck is a notary public, an active member of the Volunteer Lawyers Project and Women’s Bar Foundation, as well as a member of the Boston Bar Association, Middlesex Bar Association and Lowell Bar Association. Attorney Gauck’s appreciation for making a difference in people’s lives and helping them navigate their family needs through the legal system shows through the deep compassion, understanding, kindness and commitment she provides each client. Attorney Gauck brings a devotion to the practice of law and domestic relations matters in particular.

Molly McCreery, Partner
Attorney Molly McCreery focuses her practice on domestic relations, helping clients navigate complex family law matters with care and expertise. Attorney McCreery handles cases in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and post-judgment modifications.
Before starting Gauck & McCreery, LLP., Attorney McCreery worked at a law firm in New Hampshire, where she specialized in family law. She also gained valuable experience as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Massachusetts, focusing exclusively on family law issues.
Attorney McCreery is a graduate of New England Law | Boston. Attorney McCreery earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rivier University where she graduated summa cum laude.
Attorney McCreery resides in New Hampshire. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
